These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DonkeyTrack website and service (the "Service"), operated from Austin, Texas ("DonkeyTrack," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
DonkeyTrack is a poker session-tracking tool. It imports data you provide — CSV exports or screenshots from the Pokerrrr2 mobile app — to help you and the friends you connect with track results, players, and trends across games over time. DonkeyTrack is an independent, unaffiliated tool; it is not made, endorsed, or supported by the makers of Pokerrrr2. DonkeyTrack does not host, operate, or facilitate any poker games, wagering, or real-money gambling of its own — it only records and displays results from games that already happened elsewhere.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DonkeyTrack. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service, and any poker play you choose to track with it, complies with the laws that apply to you — DonkeyTrack does not provide legal advice about the legality of poker or wagering in your location.
You need an account to use DonkeyTrack. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data and files you upload or import into DonkeyTrack (imported results, screenshots, notes, and similar content — "Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you and anyone you've chosen to share it with. Because poker results necessarily involve other players, you're responsible for making sure you have the right to share any data or screenshots that include other people's in-game names or results. Sharing between friends inside DonkeyTrack is always something you control directly — see the Friends feature in the app, and our Privacy Policy for how sharing and unsharing works.
Screenshot imports are processed with optical character recognition (OCR), which can occasionally misread a name, number, or result. The Service is provided to help you track and review your own poker history — you're responsible for checking that imported data looks correct, and DonkeyTrack isn't liable for decisions you make based on data that turns out to have been misread or misimported.
DonkeyTrack offers a free plan, which currently allows up to 3 imported games. A paid plan is available for $4.95/month, which removes that limit. Paid plans, once available, will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you reasonable notice before any change to pricing that affects your existing subscription.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or features of it) at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DonkeyTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
